Because constructing and implementing a broadband network is a complex process, every NWS project has a dedicated Account Manager. Your Account Manager is your first point of contact.

He or she will guide you through the jungle of technical terms, shed light on technologies that you may not even be aware of, and help you feel comfortable with every step of your system installation. Your Account Manager keeps production schedules on track and assists with other vendors you may involve in your project.

Importantly, the Account Manager also can recommend programming appropriate for the geographic/demographic area, and conduct polling research with tenants to gauge their interests and preferences.
