each of our hundreds of customers. Service can be customized
according to your system configuration and organizational
objectives. You can choose your own level of post-construction
involvement, even to the point of being completely hands-off.

For your technical or facilities staff, NWS provides detailed
as-built documentation. For your sales and marketing staff,
NWS provides marketing materials to help boost tenant subscription
rates. For your tenants or other end users, NWS provides
easy to understand user documentation.
Optional
Service for Tenants
If you like, NWS can provide a 24/7 Customer Help Desk for
end users. This optional service enables property owners
to outsource the customer service function at a nominal
